Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Grill Cook located in Avondale, PA. The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality products. Additionally, the Grill Cook will assist with food preperation and actively contribute to the kitchen's efficiency and overall success. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques Strong experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive dining experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred
