Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL for a General Manager. The General Manager is the executive leader of the restaurant focusing on profitability, guest experience, and operations. The General Manager operates under the direction of one of our amazing District managers and directly manages a team of assistant managers and team members. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills Drives sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management Manages restaurant labor using optimal Manager staffing and Team member scheduling Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Inspires the restaurant team by effectively managing individual and team recognition programs Must be proficient with Microsoft office and e-mail Motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability Benefits Monthly bonuses based on performance Free healthcare 401K Amazing employees
