About the Role
We're looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll be the first impression of the hospital, greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
This is a high-impact role where attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask are essential.
What You'll Do
Client Experience
  • Greet clients and patients with a warm, welcoming, and professional approach
  • Check clients in and verify all appointment and patient information
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly documented
  • Provide a positive and supportive experience for every client interaction

Scheduling and Communication
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling, questions, and requests
  • Manage appointment flow, including tracking no-shows and updating schedules
  • Take and relay messages to doctors and team members
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff

Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records, including contact and medical information
  • Prepare and organize daily paperwork and charts
  • Process consent forms and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Support front desk operations including opening and closing procedures

Team and Hospital Support
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support hospital flow
  • Assist in handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Cross-train across front desk responsibilities as needed

Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of rotation
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting pay from $15/hour
  • Shift differential opportunities available
