We're a private, doctor-led dental group expanding surgical services in Reno . We're seeking a talented Oral Surgeon to support a large, thriving pediatric dentistry office and four general dentists across two modern GP practices — all under the same private ownership.

This is a unique opportunity to start with 1–2 days per month — with full clinical autonomy, high case demand , and a strategic path to grow your schedule over time.

• Collections-Based Compensation Only — Earn $12,000–$20,000+ per day with strong patient flow and case acceptance.

• Immediate Patient Base — Built-in referrals from our Pediatric Dentists and General Dentists in Reno.

• Flexible Part-Time Commitment — Begin with 1–2 days per month; opportunity to grow days as demand increases.

• Fully Equipped Surgical Suites — Designed for in-office General Anesthesia, Complex Extractions, Implants, Bone Grafting , and more.

• Full Clinical Autonomy — Practice your way, with experienced support teams behind you.

• Long-Term Vision — Grow into Clinical Director of Oral Surgery with potential partnership opportunities within our group.

• Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (Nevada license or eligibility)

• Skilled in General Anesthesia, Surgical Extractions, Implants, and Advanced Surgical Procedures

• Excellent communicator comfortable working across pediatric and general patient populations

• Interested in a long-term, scalable role with a growing private group
