Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, managing daily communication and order flow.
- Process and coordinate sales, production, and outside processing orders with accuracy.
- Monitor scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address delays.
- Maintain accurate customer data, pricing, and part specifications in internal systems.
- Oversee inventory alignment to support material optimization and margin performance.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve quality concerns and document customer issues.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- 2+ years of college coursework and/or 5+ years of relevant industry experience
