In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.
Schedule (days/hours)
Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm
Responsibilities
* Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
* Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
* Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance
Qualifications
* At least one year of experience as a team lead in a Dental office
* Experience leading a team
* Knowledge of dental terminology
Compensation
$23 - $28 per hour
