**Job Title:** LAB Technician I
**Location:** Maplewood, MN
**Pay Range: 18-21/hr**
**What's the Job?**
+ Prepare materials and organize setups for product testing
+ Assist in laboratory experiments through testing and evaluation of new materials and products based on research
+ Perform mechanical performance tests for research, development, or quality control purposes
+ Conduct visual observations and testing on competitor product samples and communicate results to appropriate stakeholders
+ Perform hands-on testing using multiple pieces of laboratory equipment
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to perform physical and mechanical analyses and tests
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Willingness to work in a fast-paced, active environment
+ Good communication skills for reporting test results
+ Physical ability to move, arrange, sort, and hang product testing weights (2 lbs-20 lbs)
