Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Dispatcher to join our service team! The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling Field Service Technicians in response to customer breakdown calls and scheduled maintenance requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Opens new service calls and breakdown work orders
Dispatches technicians to customers utilizing GPS and related services to accomplish efficient dispatch
Keeps customers informed of current service call status in accordance with procedures
Prioritize urgent, emergency and after hours calls and follow through to resolution
Prioritize and follow up on all National
