We're seeking an RN Hospice Clinical Director to provide overall leadership for hospice clinical services..
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee direct/indirect clinical services, clinical teams, case managers, and clinical supervisors.
- Drive quality assurance/performance improvement, clinical record integrity, and regulatory compliance (including CHAP standards).
- Hire, coach, and evaluate staff; lead orientation, in-services, and ongoing education/competency.
- Interpret operational indicators (census/volume) and advise on staffing, revenue/expense impacts, and budget planning.
- Partner with community stakeholders to support referrals and strong clinical reputation.
- Serve as acting ED in the ED's absence.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state.
- BSN preferred (or equivalent leadership experience).
- 1+ year hospice clinical management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and community/customer skills; knowledge of business management/regulations/CHAP standards.
- Flexible with working hours.
