We are looking for an organized, client-focused professional to provide administrative and service support within a collaborative office environment.

We're looking for a Client Service Associate to:
* Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
* Maintain systems, files, and workflows in accordance with office standards
* Assist with general office operations and contribute to a positive, cooperative culture
Detailed salary information:
* St Paul: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $65000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
You have:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
- series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
- Ideally 5 years of experience in client service
You are:
- an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- committed to providing top-notch client service
- comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
