The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. Responsibilities include merchandising, customer service oversight, and supervisory responsibility for associates.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years' retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, and operating a motor vehicle with a valid state-issued license.

New hire starting pay is $18.25 to $19.25. Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
