Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Designated as a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant or LPN is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and personable Clinical Quality Assistant to join the Arcare team. In this role, you will support the clinic's mission of delivering high-quality patient care by identifying and closing gaps in care, assisting with documentation of quality measures, and coordinating follow-up services. This role serves as a bridge between patients, providers, and clinic staff to ensure preventive needs are met in a timely, patient-centered manner.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have a passion for healthcare, and be willing to learn about additional services available to Arcare patients.
