Position Summary:
America's Home Health Services (AHHS) is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Home Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients, caregivers, and internal staff-ensuring high-quality service delivery through efficient scheduling, clear communication, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage daily caregiver schedules to ensure full coverage of client needs
  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, preferences, and care requirements
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client and caregiver inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records, including schedules, client updates, and caregiver availability
  • Support onboarding and ongoing communication with caregivers
  • Handle call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Assist with general office duties and support operational efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, scheduling, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with software and multitasking between portals is a MUST HAVE
