Job Description:
• Performs direct patient care following an individualized plan of care, the plan of care includes assessment, intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment and re-evaluation of the patient.
• In the Pre-operative, Intraoperative and Post-operative environment.
• Documents patient care given in Med-Host, Nextgen, and Exit Care (EMR systems).
• Assess, monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assures all preoperative requirements are met prior to
