Hand & Stone is committed to industry-wide ongoing education with a public learning system offering free CEU's to any licensed massage therapist. Compensation per service starts at $28 with the opportunity to earn additional income through service upgrades and client gratuities. Our services and enhancements elevate not only our client's experiences but our massage therapists too! Our Massage Therapists use additional tools such as gliding cupping, hot stones, contrast therapy stones, and Himalayan salt stones to deliver customized treatments while keeping our therapists healthy and feeling their best.

• An active massage therapist license in the State of New Jersey is required for this role.
• Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance.
• Customized treatment plans based on individual client's needs to deliver quality results.
• Create an exceptional experience of healing for each member/guest through routine visits and long term treatment plans.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common spaces.
