Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and budget. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and wants, and recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and answer customer questions about vehicle features and specifications.
• Explain sales prices and financing options with customers, while ensuring that the dealership's profitability is maintained.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car sales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of financing options and sales process is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
