We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team.
The work of our Client Support Specialists contributes to the success of our organization and will allow you to make a meaningful impact. In this role you will provide support to our field adjusters and examiners.
The optimal candidate will be a team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.
This position allows the right candidate to expand their career and grow with a forward-thinking organization.
This position will be located in Rutherford, New Jersey or Lake Mary, Florida,
Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection of data, import reports, and review associated materials.
- Schedule inspection appointments for clients.
- Manage vendor assignments.
- Assist with client communications (contact and acknowledgment letters).
- Insurance claims experiences is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Excellent human relations and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Can-do attitude, no job is too small.
