HVAC - SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Modern Heating & Air Conditioning is a privately held company focused on helping customers maintain and operate their buildings safely and efficiently for commercial, institutional and government organizations.

Modern Heating & Air Conditioning is looking to hire a Service Sales Representative who is an outgoing, diligent, and dedicated individual for our fast-growing team.

The ideal candidate for a Service Sales Representative will have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-years of HVAC or facility services experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

• Prospecting understand the target markets and identify potential customers to call on
• Communication generate appointments with potential customers by cold calling
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Effectively manage both internal and external customers
• Focus on selling preventive maintenance agreements and repairs
• Responsible for the profitability of all preventive maintenance agreements, and repair work sold
• Work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage customer's competing priorities and expectations
