About Our Client
A global company in the luxury space is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to support a portfolio of brands and oversee financial planning across wholesale, ecommerce, owned retail stores, and marketplace channels.
Job Description
- Advise business leaders by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that impact growth and efficiency.
- Lead the full planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to track performance metrics, productivity, and ROI.
- Work with global and regional finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information, including support for procure-to-pay activities.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Consolidate cross-functional inputs into financial models and scenario analyses that guide strategic decisions.
- Lead pre-close reviews to surface risks and issues.
- Manage administrative finance tasks such as expense oversight and corporate card activity.
- Prepare monthly business reviews and performance reports with clear insights on KPIs and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee timely completion of month-end close activities across key accounting areas, including fixed assets, prepayments, leases, payroll, reserves, COGS, logistics costs, and accruals.
- Maintain data integrity across financial systems and planning tools.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr FP&A Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industry
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (SAP, SAP BW, NetSuite, or similar ERP/BI tools; advanced Excel/PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
