Position: Client Service Representative
Direction From: Client Executive and Client Executive Assistant
Supervisor: Operations Manager
Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Agency is seeking to hire a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual, preferably with property and casualty insurance knowledge, who has a strong focus on career advancement and desires to become an integral member of the team.
No selling involved.
The Client Service Representative is a clerical position that interacts with and supports both agency clients and fellow associates through execution of the following:
* Process paperwork for new and renewal insurance coverage which can include endorsements, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and evidence of property insurance
* Promptly and effectively respond to client email and phone requests
* Create and update client information in the agency business system
* Support requests from internal associates for detailed information and reports
* Follow detailed processes to ensure accuracy of insurance documents and contracts
* Utilize the agency business system to follow up on critical tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in commercial property / casualty insurance desired.
* Must have or be able to obtain a PA Property and Casualty Producer license.
* ·Have an intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Excel.
* Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills
* Must be very detail oriented.
* Be able to evaluate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks while maintaining a high level of internal/external customer service.
* Can carry a project to a successful completion.
* Be able to successfully manage urgent matters.
* Be able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, fostering empowerment and ownership for Service Beyond Expectations.
* Must have the drive and ability to grow professionally by earning/maintaining approved advanced learning accreditations/designations.
Work Environment:
* Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.
* Professional, modern office environment.
* We provide and pay for all necessary training, testing and licensing.
* Paid parking in Erie Parking Authority garage.
* Excellent compensation and benefit package.
