**How you'll make an impact in this role**
**Automated Dispensing Machine (ADM) Management:** Maintain, restock, verify expiration dates, ensure secure storage, and promptly resolve technical issues for all ADMs to ensure continuous medication access.
**Inventory Level Monitoring and Control:** Systematically monitor all pharmacy inventory (supplies, medications, OTC products). Maintain optimal stock levels, using par levels and demand forecasting to determine reorder points and initiate timely procurement.
**Receiving and Storage Protocols:** Handle all incoming supplies: receive, verify against purchase orders, inspect for damage, unpack, and ensure secure storage adhering to strict temperature, light, and security standards (e.g., refrigerator, vault).
**Medication Repackaging and Unit-Dose Preparation:** Accurately and safely repackage bulk medications into unit-dose forms, strictly following institutional policies and regulatory guidelines for correct labeling, dosage, and sterility.
**What minimum requirements you'll need**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job
