Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversees daily operations, including coordinating facility scheduling, transportation for teams, and event management for home contests.
- Compliance & Eligibility: Handles athlete compliance, ensuring adherence to PIAA, state, or district regulations.
- Administrative Support: Assists with budgeting, purchasing, and maintaining inventory of equipment.
- Staff & Athlete Support: Acts as a liaison with coaches, supporting staff development, and advocating for student-athletes.
