We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team at the Westin Washington DC City Center. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves balancing financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for the hospitality industry.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage financial records accurately.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining a high level of professionalism in hospitality.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest relations and enhancing the overall guest experience.
