Summer Kids Company - Program Leads (Must be 18+, out of high school)
Kids Company is seeking Program Leads for our summer program. All School Age Care team members are responsible for helping to create a safe and caring environment and providing direct supervision of the children in our program, ranging in age from entering 4K to entering 5th grade. Program Leads also are responsible for developing and implementing fun, high quality, age-appropriate activities and projects for their group. Applicants will need to possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work with both the children and their colleagues. This position is great for people going into an education or youth related field! Previous experience working with youth programs is strongly preferred.
