Regional Business Development Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to drive regional/segment-specific business requirements alignment with our global SAP S/4HANA system. Under the leadership of senior process owners, you will steer the modification of end-to-end business processes to meet harmonization and standardization targets, collaborating with entity experts on preparatory efforts such as data cleansing.

• Develop and execute a Cut-Over strategy focusing on data migration and role setup.
• Design, own test cases, and conduct functional end-to-end tests within the SAP S/4HANA system.
• Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects across regions (mainly within segments) and across SBUs/segments as needed.

Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SD/EWM/TM. Experience overseeing complex projects in major international organizations and various stakeholders. Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in German or other languages is beneficial.
