Responsibilities:
* Working directly with the client
* Collect data and assemble Caltrans permit applications.
* Review engineering drawings- including Traffic Control Plans, Design Standard Decision Documents (DSDDs), and Utility/Encroachment Permit Policy Exceptions for Caltrans submission.
* Attend/ participate in team meetings in support of project development and to review engineering drawings with team. #LI-CC1 #epjobs #naepjobs
* 2-5 years' experience (highway design, traffic operations/design/management, highway construction, and project management) with Caltrans.
* 2-5 years' experience working with California utility companies.
* Bachelor's degree. Qualifications
* Working knowledge of Caltrans specific policies, procedures, general and special provisions, and standards specifications and guidelines.
* Proven experience of working directly in a consulting environment.
* Experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
