Role Description Halara is seeking an engaging and dynamic Live E-commerce Host for a part-time position located on-site in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will host live-stream shopping experiences, present and demonstrate products, and interact with viewers to drive engagement and sales. You'll collaborate with internal teams to strategize content, maintain product knowledge, and ensure live sessions are aligned with the brand’s vision. The role will also involve reviewing customer feedback, analyzing past live events, and identifying opportunities for improvement to optimize customer experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with live audiences and address questions or concerns effectively. Experience in Sales and the ability to utilize selling techniques to promote products and meet sales targets. Knowledge of the fashion industry is considered a plus. Comfortable speaking on camera with a confident and charismatic presence. Experience hosting TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or similar platforms is preferred.
