Senior Software EngineerWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Observability Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain large‑scale observability platforms that provide deep visibility into distributed systems. You'll work across teams to deliver robust telemetry, enhance reliability, and enable data‑driven operational excellence.You will:- Implement observability frameworks covering metrics, logs, traces, profiling, and events.- Build scalable telemetry pipelines using technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jaeger, Tempo, or similar.- Develop instrumentation libraries, SDKs, agents, and exporters for distributed services.- Optimize ingestion, storage, and query performance for high‑volume telemetry data.- Partner with engineering and SRE teams to define and measure SLIs/SLOs/SLAs.- Build dashboards, alerts, and diagnostics tools to support real‑time monitoring and troubleshooting.- Lead data‑driven incident analysis and provide actionable insights.- Automate deployments table.
