• CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist)
• ARRT Certification: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)
• Active Radiologic Technologist license in the state of practice ( California required )
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider
• Recent specialty experience in CT within the last 3 months

• Fluoroscopy License: Required in California (if operating fluoroscopy equipment)
• Advanced CT Certification:
  • Required in Oregon (OR) and Hawaii (HI)
  • Preferred in California (CA)
• Venipuncture Certification: Preferred (CA & OR)
