Responsibilities
* Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
* Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
* Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
* Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
* Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
* Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
* Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
* Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
* Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
* Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
* Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
* Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics

Qualifications
* Must be licensed as a BCBA.
* At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum preferred.
