Shawnee Health is inviting a committed Pharmacist to join our team. As the site Pharmacist in Charge, this role reports directly to the Pharmacy Director and plays an important part in providing safe, mission driven, and patient-centered care throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Attend to the medication needs of patients while offering accessible, accurate drug information to patients, pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff.
- Ensure safe and precise prescription review, verification, and dispensing in alignment with state and federal regulations and Shawnee Health policies.
- Support daily pharmacy operations, including oversight of remote dispensing sites and supervision of a skilled team of pharmacy technicians.
- Help optimize pharmacy financials and workflow while enhancing the overall patient experience.

- State of Illinois Registered Pharmacist License
Compensation
Starting salary range is $102,000 to $154,000 depending on experience.
Eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus.
