Step into a role where your attention to detail and compassionate support help streamline patient care. Were seeking a dependable and organized Radiology AssistantTransporter to join our Radiology team and contribute to smooth, efficient operations while delivering excellent service to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Escort patients to and from exam rooms with professionalism and care
* Maintain and manage electronic radiology files in SECTRA PACS
* Perform clerical duties related to imaging procedures and patient flow
* Monitor and maintain X-ray prep supplies and inventory
* Support the radiology team by preparing rooms and assisting with workflow
* Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly environment
Qualifications:
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical records or clerical roles preferred
* Familiarity with medical terminology and digital radiology records is a plus
* Computer literacy and strong organizational skills required
* Comfortable with alphabetical and numerical filing systems
* Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift/move up to 35 pounds
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands
* Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, patient-focused demeanor
* Must be able to travel to other clinic sites as needed
