Education
Minimum: Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program
Preferred: Successfully completed specialized phlebotomy training program.
Registration/Certification/Licensure:
Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Healthcare Provider CPR and Act 33/73 clearances.
Experience
Minimum: One year experience as a Radiographic Technologist
Preferred: Two years experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Experience working in an ambulatory outpatient setting.
Other Requirements:
Successful completion of on the job phlebotomy training including a minimum of 100 successful blood draws by completion of the introductory period. Responsible to safely access, transport and handle sharps, such as needles, suture kits, lancets, syringes, etc.

Occasional: (0-1/3 of day , 0 - 2.5 hrs/day, 1 - 4 reps/hr)
Frequent: (1/3 -2/3 of day , 2.5 - 5.5 hrs/day, 5 -24 reps/hr)
Constant: (> 2/3rd of day , > 5.5 hrs/day, > 24 reps/hr)
