Standard Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.

Position Summary:
The Payroll Administrator will process weekly payroll and maintain employee time records.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system. Information may include employee's hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholdings, address changes, and other information.
  • Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions.
  • Reconciles payroll to the general ledger and monthly
