**Job Title:** Operations Coordinator
**Location:** Kansas City, MO
**Pay Range:** $24/hr - $26/hr
**Shift:** Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Order Management & Procurement: Accurately input and manage sales and purchase orders in the ERP system.
+ Vendor Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve discrepancies regarding pricing or quality.
+ Logistics & Shipping: Manage outbound and inbound shipments, including domestic and international freight.
+ Documentation: Prepare and review shipping documents to ensure compliance with customs and regulations.
+ Inventory & Warehouse Operations: Monitor stock levels, oversee warehouse receiving processes, and identify workflow improvements.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
+ Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/WMS software.
+ Strong multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
