**Job Title:** Planner / Scheduler IV
**Location:** Oakbrook Terrace, IL
**What's the Job?**
+ Create and update project schedules using advanced scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project
+ Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts to ensure timely delivery
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and project efficiency
+ Document scheduling activities and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
+ Support project cost control activities, including building project budgets and forecasts
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in scheduling or project management roles, with large turnkey projects
+ Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, with experience in Primavera P6 + SAP
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
+ Experience leading project planning and cost control functions on complex projects
