We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our house accounts, phone and walk-in customers. This role is critical for managing relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering positive experiences. The ideal candidate will have floral experience and excel in a fast-paced, transactional environment, displaying a commitment to service excellence and effective problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Support:

- Provide high-quality customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Handle customer service inquiries providing accurate information and solutions to problems.
- Sales Support and Transaction Processing:

- Assist customers with transactions, orders, and purchases, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- Supporting the customer experience in partnership with the branch as needed.
- Actively call on 30-50 accounts on a weekly basis for sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Solicit and record customer feedback, sharing insights with the sales and product teams to improve services and offerings.
- Record Keeping and Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to customer accounts and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems, Point of Sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
