Position Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out, handling guest requests, and ensuring every interaction reflects Forbes Five-Star service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
* Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately
* Answer phones and respond to guest requests promptly
* Assist with room changes, late checkouts, and billing inquiries
* Promote the Guest Loyalty Program
* Handle cash and maintain accurate reports
* Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
* Maintain guest activity logs and ensure follow-up
* Support guest satisfaction and service recovery when needed
Qualifications
* Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and computer skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Must be 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required
