How you'll make an impact in this role
* Lead real-time physiological monitoring by vigilantly tracking heart rhythms, pressures, and saturations, acting as the primary early-warning system for the surgical team.
* Support high-stakes decision-making by accurately performing hemodynamic calculations and intra-procedure testing to provide physicians with the data they need to pivot mid-case.
* Anticipate clinical needs by expertly preparing specialized equipment and maintaining a sterile field, ensuring the procedure flows seamlessly without a second of wasted time.
* Safeguard the patient environment by managing room setup and infection control protocols, ensuring every sharp and reusable product is handled with the highest safety standards.
* Empower patient recovery by providing clear, compassionate education on post-procedure care and site monitoring, giving patients the confidence to manage their health after they leave our care.

* BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job
