Regional MDS Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure compliance with all MDS-related regulations, guidelines, and policies

• Review and validate MDS assessments for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

• Collaborate with facility staff to resolve MDS-related issues and concerns

• Provide guidance and support to facilities on MDS data management and reporting

• Analyze and interpret MDS data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility staff, leadership, and other stakeholders

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and regulations

Regional MDS Coordinator Requirements:

• Prior experience as an MDS Coordinator in LTC required
