What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Review and monitor medication orders for accuracy, allergies, and drug interactions
- Prepare and admix intravenous medications following standard protocols
- Provide guidance and answer medication-related questions for staff and patients
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold patient safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams while also working independently when needed
Requirements
What You Bring
- Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by ACPE
- Active Michigan Pharmacist license
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
