What You'll Do
- Evaluate incoming work requests and build daily and weekly technician schedules
- Communicate with technicians, customers, and management to prioritize and track service calls
- Adjust and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes to keep operations on track
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, updates, and completion timelines
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 7 AM-5 PM
