What's the Job?
- Prepare necessary domestic and export shipping documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Confirm orders in the appropriate computer systems to facilitate smooth operations.
- Complete driver check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Coordinate the flow of finished goods by interfacing with planners, logistics coordinators, and carriers.
- Schedule inbound component deliveries and oversee drop lot operations, working with third-party spotting services.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Extreme attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced factory environment and work well within a team focused on deliverables.
