The Opportunity: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Appointment Setter & Sales Administration Executive to support their continued growth. This is a varied role combining sales support, client relationship management, and administrative coordination, with a strong focus on generating high-quality meetings and driving revenue from existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Managing Director, ensuring efficient diary management Qualify leads to ensure all booked meetings are relevant and commercially valuable Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and prospects using Google Sheets Provide sales administration support, including preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and handling documentation Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Support the wider sales pipeline through consistent lead nurturing and communicationSkills & Experience Required:
