A busy construction cost consultancy in Dublin city centre are seeking to recruit an experienced Cost Manager OR Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. They work across a variety of projects both nationally and internationally on commercial, industrial, retail, educational, public sector, leisure, data centres, healthcare, residential and civil engineering. The ideal Cost Managers / Quantity Surveyors will hold a degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying, and have in excess of 4 years experience within a PQS consultancy or developer environment, although other backgrounds may be considered. In addition to an excellent salary and generous benefits package, career progression and professional development is encouraged and supported. Desired Skills & Experience: Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management 4 years+ industry experience, preferably within a PQS consultancy Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage Understanding of RIAI and GCCC standard forms of contract Competently produce BoQs, tender submissions, valuations and final accounts etc Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills Agreeing monthly payment valuations Strong IT skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits: €60k-€80k doe Generous holiday allowance Annual Bonus Flexitime Professional subscriptions,CPD Mobile If you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant considering new opportunities in Ireland, contact Deborah for further details.
