Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple franchise locations
Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food quality, and customer service expectations
Conduct regular food safety and operational audits
Drive profitability through effective cost control (labor, food, and expenses)
Manage inventory systems, ordering processes, and waste reduction
Lead, coach, and develop store managers and leadership teams
Support recruiting, hiring, and training of store-level management
Analyze key performance metrics and implement business improvement strategies
Build a strong, positive culture focused on accountability and teamwork
Qualifications
Required: Proven multi-unit management experience in the QSR or restaurant industry
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience managing P&L, labor costs, and inventory control
Solid understanding of food safety standards and compliance
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
