Account Executive

WebCE is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth through expansion and new logo acquisition within strategic enterprise accounts. This is an inside sales role with full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting through close. You will build trusted relationships with both new and existing customers and position WebCE's solutions to solve real business problems.

Success in this role requires a strong command of consultative selling, discipline in pipeline management, and the ability to consistently create opportunities through outbound effort. You will be expected to quickly develop deep knowledge of WebCE's product suite and confidently align our offerings to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close in an inside sales environment
  • Consistently generate new opportunities through outbound calling and self-sourced leads
  • Manage and expand enterprise and strategic accounts with a focus on long-term value
  • Maintain steady daily outbound activity aligned to defined performance expectations
  • Run effective discovery conversations and qualify opportunities accurately
  • Navigate objections, engage decision makers, and advance deals through the pipeline
  • Manage pipeline and forecasts with attention to detail and accountability
  • Build credibility with customers through preparation, follow-through, and results

This role rewards sales professionals who execute consistently, manage their time well, and take ownership of outcomes. High performers are reliable, coachable, and focused on controllable inputs that drive results.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of full sales cycle experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Proven closing experience with a track record of meeting expectations
  • B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS or e-learning
  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
  • Organized approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals

Training and support:

You will work under an experienced sales leader with a defined onboarding and training program. The focus is on building repeatable habits, sharpening execution, and supporting long-term performance. Expectations are clear, and support is available for those willing to put in the work.

Location and eligibility:

  • Preference for candidates located in the DallasFort Worth metroplex
  • Remote work may be considered based on location eligibility
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Up to 10 percent travel, primarily conferences

Compensation and benefits:

Base salary plus uncapped, unthrottled commission. Final base salary is determined by experience and qualifications.
