Physical Therapist

Avera Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to patients across diverse conditions, helping them restore function, mobility, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, provide patient and family education, and document care using EMR.
