We are currently looking for experienced Website QA Specialists who can start immediately and support our growing website production team.
This is a freelance / independent contractor opportunity with consistent workload availability of 30+ hours per week during the hours of 6am-6pm CST.
*Role Overview*
As a Website QA Specialist, you will review, updated, and finalize websites built within the Duda platform before launch. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires someone who is comfortable working directly within the Duda UI to make edits, corrections, and quality improvements independently.
You will be responsible for ensuring websites meet our quality standards for:
* Design consistency
* Mobile responsiveness
* Functionality
* Accessibility
* SEO basics
* Content accuracy
* Conversion best practices
* User experience
This is not just a “review-only” role — you must be comfortable making updates and fixes directly inside Duda.
*RequirementsRequired Experience*
* Strong experience using the Duda platform
* Previous website QA or website project management experience
* Comfortable editing websites directly within Duda
* Strong understanding of responsive web design
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Strong English communication skills
*Preferred Experience*
* Digital agency experience
* Familiarity with SMB/local business websites
* Basic understanding of SEO best practices
* Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG basics)
* Experience reviewing mobile/tablet responsiveness
* Experience identifying broken links, image quality issues, spacing/alignment inconsistencies, and content formatting issues
*Daily Expectations*
* Review a minimum of 2 websites per day
* Perform edits and corrections directly in Duda
* Follow internal QA checklist and SOPs
* Identify design, content, and functionality issues
* Ensure websites are launch-ready
* Communicate blockers or concerns clearly with the team
*Tasks Include*
* Mobile and desktop responsiveness checks

* Image quality and relevance review
* Typography and spacing consistency
* CTA/button functionality checks
* Navigation and link testing
* SEO element review
* Accessibility checks
