Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to expand their OEM customer base. The ideal candidate will excel at opening doors and setting appointments and will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within sectors such as construction, agriculture, transportation, marine, material handling, and more. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to build relationships and navigate complex sales cycles. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new OEM sales opportunities aligned with the ideal customer profile. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales quotas. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within customer organizations. Collaborate closely with internal teams (supply chain, engineering, quoting) to deliver comprehensive solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer account plans. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Qualifications: Proven track record in OEM sales, preferably within sectors like construction, agriculture, transportation, marine, material handling, and others. In-depth knowledge of assembled hose systems and their applications. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of an organization. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player. Willingness to travel approximately 50% overnight. Must reside in close proximity to a major airport.
